Fees & Booking


The cost of the PACE Place Immersion Program is $6,000 which includes all of your professional services and your accommodations at the PACE Place home (meals are not included). A 50% deposit is required to secure a date. Then, an interest-free payment plan can be arranged to cover the balance before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

Once you have made a deposit or paid in full, your fee is non-refundable. However, if your family experiences an emergency making it impossible for you to come to PACE Place the week reserved for you, we will re-schedule your week at no additional fee.

Fees for Families Returning to PACE Place:

Many previous PACE Place families completed a Client Satisfaction Survey. Families passionately expressed their desire to return to PACE Place. Thus,  we offer three discount programs for returning families. Previous PACE Place families are eligible for all of these discount programs, but they are mutually exclusive (e.g., you may not use more than one program simultaneously).

Referral Program for Returning Clients

If you refer 2 new clients to PACE Place, the fee for your next visit will be discounted to $3,000.

Short Week Program for Returning Clients Only

Returning families may choose to return to PACE Place for three or four days for $1,000 per day.
